Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled within three (3) days of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. After this period, orders are considered final and non-cancellable.

Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation, please contact oceanicbrooke@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests will only be accepted via email.

Refunds

Where a cancellation request is received within the stipulated period and the order has not been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days. Refunds will not be issued for digital products under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or defective items will not be refunded but will be replaced. To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage within two (2) days of receiving the order. Non-receipt claims must be reported within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date. Where tracking confirms an order has been marked as delivered, the item is not eligible for a non-receipt claim. Any disputes regarding missing parcels must be raised directly with the relevant postal carrier (Australia Post) and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is the result of an error by Brooke Pyke Photography or the receipt of a defective or damaged product.

Policy Amendments

Brooke Pyke Photography reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication to the Site.
